Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3-5 days; Tier-2 and Tier-3 locations may take up to 7 days.

 

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 699. Orders below Rs. 699 carry a flat shipping fee of Rs. 69, displayed at checkout before payment.

 

Coverage

We currently ship across India. Some remote pincodes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you within 24 hours and issue a full refund.

 

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

 

Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, festivals, or courier-side issues. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, but we will keep you updated.

 

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated failure to accept delivery, re-shipping charges will apply.
